How do I make a return?
Unless we shipped you the wrong item, you are responsible for shipping the items back to us for an exchange or credit.
You are also responsible for the new shipping charge.
The item you are sending back must be in 'new like' shape with no signs of wear-or-tear.
If you stuck your board in the boardbag and got wax and sand inside the bag we don't accept it as new.

No returns after 15 days of purchase—boardbags require a 25% restocking fee, 75% if used.
